IPSA business does not end upon delivery of equipment. Our service team provide after-sales technical assistance, on-site support, user training and supply of spare parts. All our service personnel are factory trained and our workshop is well equipped for repairs.
IPSA has well equipped and well trained service personnel that can be hired for commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting and maintenance. Service contract can be integrated for preventive maintenance on the equipment to optimize the performance of our equipment.
Our service team provides on-site training and also training at our facility in Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur.
Some spares are stocked at our premise and also at our principals factories. IPSA is able to advise customers with the list of recommended spares for customer inventory.
